Formerly a lawyer with the National Association for Public Interest Law, and currently the Director of Advocacy at the Latin American Youth Center, Mr. Flores will give us insight into the immigration debate from a social psychology perspective in preparartion for our upcoming conference on June 12 which will have as one of the important breakout session topics: "Thriving in a Multicultural County."
